Communication Shorts

Dear Parents,

PTO Meeting
The PTO will meet this afternoon at 4:30 at Le Rebalais on the Sotuba Road. We will meet by the pool and the main agenda item will be planning the Halloween Carnival. This is a major school event. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting to help with the planning - all ideas and help are welcome!

Parent Survey - Please complete, we would love your input!
The AISB Counseling and Learning Support Team would like find out how it can better serve the parent and student community through outreach, training, volunteer programming and communication.  Please take a few moments to complete the survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/AISBparentsurvey and submit it by Wednesday, October 12th.  Thank you!

Emergency Contact Details

We are establishing a new emergency communication system. Instead of using a traditional telephone tree, we will be using SMS blasts to notify parents of emergency information. In the case of emergency, involving unexpected school closure we will send a SMS message to all parent's phone numbers. We will begin using this system next week. Please make sure that we have your emergency contact phone numbers. If these have changed since the beginning of the year, please inform Sushma Singh (ssingh@aisbmali.org) ASAP.

Progress Reports

Once you have read your child's progress report, please sign the envelope and return it to school. please keep the report for your records.
