AISB Governance Code

Board Signature Agreement Page

On June 2, 2010 the Board of the American International School of Bamako (AISB) 2010-2011 agreed to following the AISB Governance Code.  The AISB Effective School Governance Code is divided into three major sections, ‘Principles and Practices’, ‘Roles and Responsibilities’, and ‘Implementation of Agreements’.

Each Board member has their own copy of the complete AISB Effective School Governance Code has signed to confirm his or her commitment to follow it. Please see the signatures on display in the AISB School Office.

The Board also agreed according to their 'Implementation of Agreements' to publish on the school website the AISB Goverance Code. Click here to download this document.
